Disney World Worker in 'Tigger' Suit Charged with Pawing Girl, Mom.

Apr. 3--Orange County deputy sheriffs Friday arrested a Walt Disney World employee who plays Tigger on charges of fondling a 13-year-old girl and her mother as they posed for a photo with the costumed character.
Michael C. Chartrand, 36, of St. Cloud, was jailed on charges of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and of battery. He was suspended without pay pending the outcome of the investigation, Disney officials said.
Deputies said the girl and her mother were at the Magic Kingdom's Toon Town Feb. 21 to have a picture taken with Tigger. Chartrand stood between the girl and mother with his hands -- inside the costume's oversized paws -- around their waists, according...
