FBI Investigates Theft at Subsidiary of PC Connection.

Apr. 7--MERRIMACK, N.H. -- The FBI is investigating a $3.1 million theft by a former supervisor of one of PC Connection Inc.'s subsidiaries, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Publicly traded PC Connection discovered the theft in December 2003, according to the company's annual Form 10-K filing. The document, filed with the SEC and released March 31, gives investors a detailed description of a company's financial condition.

No New Hampshire employees or New Hampshire facilities were involved in the incident, according to Mark Gavin, the company's chief financial officer.
