Thailand Leasing Firm to Issue Bonds Worth 1.5 Billion Baht.

Apr. 8--Leasing firm Thitikorn Plc said yesterday it planned to sell up to 1.5 billion baht ($38 million) worth of bonds with a maturity of no more than 10 years.

Thitikorn, which provides hire-purchase services for motorcycle buyers, said the bond issue was subject to approval by shareholders at a meeting on April 28. It gave no details on the timing and coupon rate.

Shares of Thitikorn on the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday closed at 9.8 baht, down 20 satang, on trade worth 2.6 million baht.
