Broker-Dealer Firm NYFIX, Based in Stamford, Conn., to File Delayed SEC Report.

Apr. 8--Officials at NYFIX Inc. headquarters in Stamford expect to file their delayed annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, allowing the company to rid its ticker symbol of the "E" which means that its status is under evaluation by NASDAQ. NASDAQ notified the company April 1 that it has failed to comply with the stock exchange's listing requirements that require its 2003 Form 10-K be filed with the SEC on time.
