Review Disappoints Sprint.

Apr. 9--KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- After a year in which Sprint Corp. made improving corporate governance a top priority, the company this week received a disappointing review from a watchdog group.
The organization, Institutional Shareholder Services of Rockville, Md., provides proxy vote recommendations to institutional investors.
It advised shareholders to withhold a vote on board member Linda Koch Lorimer's re-election to the Sprint board. The group said it would have made similar recommendations about other returning board members had they been up for re-election at Sprint's annual meeting on April 20.
