Luxury Vacation Club Leases Apartment at Trump Hotel, Tower in New York City.

Apr. 10--A vacation club that owns houses and apartments in ritzy locales all over the world just picked out its first New York City pied a terre. Anyone who owns a television should be able to guess the location -- it's in one of Donald Trump's towers.

Portofino Club has leased a two-bedroom apartment at Trump International Hotel & Tower with an eye to buying the flat, which is valued at $1.5 million.

The 11th floor condo is the first of three units Portofino plans to buy in coming months in the building, which is on Columbus Circle at 1 Central Park West.
