Apr. 16--SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. -- Espey Manufacturing & Electronics Corp. said it is changing its corporate bylaws to settle an investigation into the November removal of two independent directors.
The Saratoga Springs manufacturer wouldn't say what changes were coming, though a statement from the company said it expects them to satisfy the American Stock Exchange probe that began in January.
"The company has provided AMEX with all of the information it has requested," said a statement from Espey spokesman Barry Potoker. "The company expects to implement several corporate governance changes shortly and anticipates that the AMEX review will conclude soon...
