Apr. 21--REBECA PERAZA of Union City has been named assistant vice president, branch sales manager of The Provident Bank branch office in West New York. She is responsible for business development, sales, operations, and customer service. In 1983, Peraza joined The Provident Bank as a teller. Over the years, she advanced through positions of administrative assistant, assistant branch manager, and assistant secretary. She is a recipient of the President's Club Award, a company program that recognizes outstanding performance. Peraza holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Montclair State University and speaks Spanish.
