Apr. 29--Sharon Hulce doesn't look like a "headhunter" in the customary sense of the word, and she is diligently striving to avoid that label for her Menasha-based company, Employment Resource Group.
"Our (recruiting) industry, as a whole, tends to have a transactional reputation in the marketplace, hence the name 'headhunter,'" Hulce said. "Our goal is to change that."
Hulce, 39, had 14 years experience in executive recruiting, before starting her own company in 2002. Most recently, she placed executives in the construction industry for Management Recruiters International (MRI) in Appleton.
