Assisted-Living Residences' Operator Moves Headquarters to West Allis, Wis.

May 4--Alterra Healthcare Corp., an operator of assisted living residences for seniors, is moving its corporate headquarters from Wauwatosa to a former industrial building in West Allis.
Alterra plans to move about 160 employees to Summit Place, 6737 W. Washington Ave., the West Allis Department of Development announced Monday.
Alterra Healthcare will move around Nov. 1 from 10000 Innovation Drive, in the Milwaukee County Research Park, said Mark Ohlendorf, chief financial officer.
Alterra is the latest in a series of new tenants at Summit Place, a building that was originally part of the now-defunct Allis-Chalmers Corp.'s manufacturing complex....
