May 5--A blueprint for success doesn't have to be complex or confusing.

If Greg Allen has learned anything from his years in the food business, it's that a winning strategy can be quite simple.

Allen, president of the Advance Food Co. -- a manufacturer and marketer of value-added food products -- spoke Tuesday about his company's incredible growth over the past several years.

The Enid-based company has had 22 percent compounded annual growth since 1992, expanding from $36 million in sales that year to a projected $400 million in 2004.
