Some GlaxoSmithKline Shareholders Are Wary of CEO's Performance Targets.

May 18--Sir Christopher Hogg can bail out from GlaxoSmithKline on a brighter note when, as expected, he makes way for another Sir Christopher.
At this year's agm it was the anti-vivisection brigade not the big battalion shareholders that made the waves. This does not mean all is rosy in GSK's garden.
There are still severe doubts among a substantial minority of investors over lax performance targets for Jean-Pierre Garnier and those at the top, and the possibility of unlimited gains.
This might not be felt so strongly were the shares to pick up some momentum. But they still trail much of the FTSE. Sir Chris Gent will face a daunting task.
