May 26--ADDISON-WESLEY PROFESSIONAL AND PRENTICE HALL PTR named Don O'Hagan of Allendale editor-in-chief of the Upper Saddle River and Boston-based editorial teams.
O'Hagan, whose career spans 17 years, most recently was senior vice president of technology investment at Pearson Technology. In this position, he established the company's first balance of trade charter with leading technology providers, managed technology solutions for the operating units, and solidified key publishing alliances with Hewlett-Packard and IBM. Before joining Prentice Hall in 1998, he was a director and area sales vice president of ITT Corp.
