Latest Tenant Bankruptcy Shouldn't Slow Sale of Las Vegas Entertainment Center.

Jun. 3--Finally, some good news from Neonopolis.
Sort of.
The latest dark chapter in the two-year history of downtown Las Vegas' struggling retail and entertainment center, last month's bankruptcy filing by Jillian's Entertainment Holdings, has nothing to do with Neonopolis' many inherent problems.
And sources said the bankruptcy should have little effect on efforts to sell the $100 million mall at the corner of Fremont Street and Las Vegas Boulevard because Jillian's doesn't own its namesake Las Vegas location.
