International Paper Foundation Gives Out Grants to Schools, Nonprofits.

Jun. 4--Mike O'Neal is a busy man.
As founder of Parent University, a volunteer group that teaches adults parenting techniques as well as math and computer skills, he has put in countless hours helping parents deal with issues ranging from stress management to homework.
"In fact, most people are surprised when they find out Parent University isn't my full-time job," O'Neal said, laughing.
Far from it.
The electrical technician's full-time job is at International Paper. He's been there 28 years.
