Acquisition Signals Shift in Memphis, Tenn.-Area's Industrial Leasing Sector.

Jun. 11--It's official: Colliers Wilkinson and Snowden is now the dominant player in the local industrial leasing and management business.
Colliers Management Services, a subsidiary of Colliers Wilkinson and Snowden, has captured all of Trammell Crow Co.'s leasing business, totaling nearly 9 million square feet of industrial property.
Colliers Management also won the majority of Trammell's management business.
The addition of Trammell's former clients brings Colliers Management's industrial portfolio to 12.8 million square feet, by far the largest in the city.
