Real Estate Firm in Talks to Develop Technology Park in Northwest Indiana.

Jun. 15--Real-estate company Holladay Properties may soon be named the prime developer of nearly 300 acres at the Purdue Technology Center of Northwest Indiana.
The Purdue Technology Foundation is in the final stages of negotiations with the South Bend-based developer and could cement a deal within a month, according to Greg Deason, Purdue Technology Foundation director of research park development.
"We are impressed with the developments they have done," said Deason.
"And they are a very large organization with a large amount of capacity."
