Jun. 19--HOLLINGER shareholder Tweedy, Browne urged the publisher to increase its efforts to reclaim UKpound 207 million paid in management fees to Lord Black and his colleagues. It wants the board to pursue auditor KPMG and directors who approved the payments. It told the Hollinger board it wanted to "provide you with a final opportunity to demonstrate your paramount objective is the welfare of the company."
