Jun. 23--LEONARD G. GLEASON of Montgomery Township has joined The Provident Bank, Jersey City, as associate general counsel, responsible for providing legal advice to all departments. A lawyer with 20 years' experience in the banking industry, Gleason most recently was general counsel and secretary of United Trust Bank in Bridgewater.
His other employers include Cenlar Federal, Berkeley Federal, and Carteret Savings banks. Gleason earned his law degree from Seton Hall University.
HENRY J. AMOROSO of Hackensack was named vice chairman and chief operating officer of Catholic Health and Human Services Corp., Newark.
