Boulder, Colo., firm rallies with new online software development service.

Jun. 24--Rally, a Boulder-based startup, will announce today the launch of its first-ever online software development service.
The company, previously called F4 Technologies, raised about $4 million in venture capital last year from Mobius Venture Capital in Superior, Boulder Ventures and an undisclosed firm.
The 20-employee company will present the fruits of that investment with its announcement -- a product geared toward software development businesses and named after the company's new moniker -- at the Agile Development Conference in Salt Lake City.
