Janesville, Wis.-based Bliss Communications to sell Delavan Enterprise paper.

Jun. 30--Bliss Communications of Janesville has agreed to sell the Delavan Enterprise weekly newspaper to Southern Lakes Newspapers. The parties signed a sale agreement today, and Bliss also agreed to sell Southern Lakes its one-seventh interest in Southern Lakes Newspapers printing plant in Delavan.
Bliss communications bought the Enterprise from Al Peterman and his son, Eric, in 1989.
Bliss also publishes The Week, a Sunday weekly newspaper delivered in Walworth County, and The Janesville Gazette. In announcing the sale, Sidney H. Bliss, president of Bliss Communications, said:
