Howard Stern to return to markets where he was bounced.

Jul. 1--Declaring that he is "thrilled to be back," radio talk-show host Howard Stern announced Wednesday that his show will return to the airwaves in five of the six cities from which he'd been dumped in April by mammoth station owner Clear Channel Communications, plus four more stations in cities where he had not been heard at all.

Shortly after the announcement, Viacom Inc.'s Infinity Broadcasting and Stern's own company, One Twelve Inc., sued Clear Channel in federal court for $10 million in damages for dropping the show. The suit also asked for a ruling that Clear Channel broke its licensing agreement by the cancellation.
