Berbee of Madison, Wis., to buy Cleveland computer consultancy.

Jul. 17--Berbee Information Networks Corp. is buying a Cleveland computer consultant that had $60 million in sales last year. This is the second acquisition in two weeks by the Madison information technology company.
The 87 employees of Foresight Technology Group, including Rich Croll, co-founder and president, are expected to remain with Berbee.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
With the addition of Foresight, Berbee executives said they expect to post more than $280 million in sales this year. The combined companies will have more than 500 employees.
