Aug. 12--BILOXI, Miss. -- No state agency told Coast casinos they had to do business with Quality Poultry Seafood Inc., but the family-owned business has thrived in recent years by supplying food to the gaming industry.
Business has been so good that Quality Seafood, owned by the Rosetti family, is investing more than $1 million in a new building.
"Up to this year, I've never dealt with fish out of the continental U.S.," said Todd Rosetti. "Here recently, we have pulled in some Hawaiian product for different chefs that have come into the area.
