Aug. 12--Graham & Boles, one of the larger real estate firms in the Triad, has been bought and will be merged into another area realty company.
HomeServices of America Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate based in Minneapolis, announced Wednesday that it has acquired Graham & Boles Properties based in Winston-Salem. Following the acquisition, Graham & Boles, the third-largest residential real estate brokerage in the Triad area of North Carolina, will be merged with Prudential Carolinas Realty, which was acquired by HomeServices in April.
