Martha Stewart's firm buys Watertown, Mass., magazine, sister newsletter.

Aug. 13--Body & Soul, the Watertown magazine that was long known as New Age Journal, and a sister newsletter are joining Martha Stewart's publishing empire in a $6 million cash deal.

Body & Soul, which is published eight times a year and has an average circulation of 200,000, and Dr. Andrew Weil's Self Healing newsletter will become the hub of a new brand for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc.
