OPINION: Maverick Google should have little trouble overcoming Playboy snafu.

Aug. 14--It would be absurd if an interview given to Playboy managed to derail the Google float. The move to market has been beset by teething problems and there may be some debate about its stock market value. But the staggering growth of the internet search engine is by any measure a remarkable success story.
Set up by two university students six years ago, it has grown to be one of the world's top five websites. "Googling" is becoming known as a word in its own right.
Google's widespread acceptance as a search engine stems from its simplicity -- a hugely under-rated virtue. Its no-frills website quickly overtook Yahoo! and AltaVista because it was easier to use...
