Founder of San Antonio-based Body Solutions faces new legal workout.

Aug. 19--The founder of Body Solutions, the "lose weight while you sleep" product that swept the nation a few years ago, is facing a $155 million penalty related to allegations he's hiding assets from the federal government.

Harry Siskind's troubles seemed to be at an end in December, when he agreed to pay the Federal Trade Commission $500,000 and the Texas attorney general $450,000 as part of a settlement agreement. The FTC and the state had said his diet product's claims were fraudulent.
