Aug. 19--The new 80,000-square-foot tower at Hillcrest Hospital in Mayfield Heights shelters patients and staff under bricks and mortar, glass and steel.
But the structure's tantalizing potential as a health care tool has more to do with technology than soaring atrium ceilings and hotel-styled patient rooms.
