Slow cash flow may hurt Lancaster, Pa.-area rail project.

Aug. 20--John Ward is hoping the federal government can pick up the pace in releasing money his organization is supposed to get to develop a commuter rail line between Mechanicsburg and Lancaster.
Otherwise, said the president of the Harrisburg-based Modern Transportation Partnership, the organization could face "cash flow problems" and delay the project, referred to as CORRIDORone.
