Food vendor gets insurance for restored service on Seattle-area ferry route.

Aug. 25--Food service aboard one state ferry route may be restored next month as the concessionaire has reached an agreement over insurance coverage.
"This is very good news," said Bill Dorn, owner of Sound Food Cafe on Vashon Island, which had won the bid to provide food service on the Fauntleroy-Vashon-Southworth route. He said he hopes to begin food service on the route sometime in September.
Because Dorn's company is so small, he had been unable to secure insurance for his operation, which has just 13 workers.
