London-based research firm to start online service in Thailand.

Sep. 9--London-based TNS, the world's second largest research firm, will introduce online research in Thailand over the next few years as part of a plan to raise its profile in the country after completing its merger with New York-based NFO WorldGroup in July last year.
The new service represents a change from the typical face-to-face research methods used in Thailand.
TNS says online research will offer quicker and real-time results as well as save cost for clients, who need information as fast as possible when formulating and adjusting marketing strategies.
