Three Massachusetts towns to vote on eliminating alcohol sale ban.

Sep. 13--ROCKPORT, Mass. -- Wander through the gray-shingled shops huddled shoulder-to-shoulder along Bearskin Neck and you can buy a shark's tooth from Morocco, a picture of a smooth-cheeked Elvis emoting from his motorcycle, a Halloween costume for the dog. You can gild your skin with henna tattoos or pose for a portrait, clutching a spyglass, in the uniform of an ancient ship's captain.

But what you cannot buy is a glass of wine or a bottle of beer.
