Developer plans to build about 250 urban-style Townhouses in Frisco, Texas.

Sep. 14--Developers have bought a key property north of Frisco's Stonebriar Centre mall for an urban-style townhouse community.
LandPlan Development Corp. of Frisco bought the 29-acre site near the southeast corner of Dallas Parkway and Main Street.
LandPlan will start construction early next year on the tract.
The property is zoned for midrise residential construction as part of the mixed-use Frisco Square development.
About 250 townhomes and condominiums can be built in the complex.
"This development is ready-made for us," LandPlan president Jim Williams Jr. said Monday.
