Baton passed to new team at University of Missouri Health Care.

Sep. 16--University of Missouri Health Care's new chief financial officer is sending The Hunter Group out this week with a bang -- to the tune of $26.2 million.
This week, the final member of the system's permanent leadership team signed on as the last vestige of Hunter made his exit. New CFO Kevin Necas replaces Hank Wells, the only remaining executive from the Florida-based Hunter management team brought on in 2002 to help turn around MU Health's dismal financial picture.
"University of Missouri Health Care is set to transition out of the Hunter era and into the future," Wells said in an interview yesterday.
