San Diego-based Peregrine Systems official to get bonus for on-time financials.

Sep. 18--Peregrine Systems shareholders have voiced their frustrations in the past over the company's lengthy delays in filing its quarterly financial results.

So they may be reassured that the San Diego software developer is offering a bonus to the company's new chief financial officer, Ken Saunders, if he can get the company's filings done on time.

Saunders, who joined Peregrine Aug. 16, will get a one-time bonus of $150,000 if he can get Peregrine's financial report for the quarter ending Dec. 31 submitted to government regulators as required.
