Orlando, Fla., hospital faces agency's scrutiny on hurricane labor policies.

Sep. 21--Florida Hospital may have violated labor laws by requiring employees to sleep at their hospitals during Hurricane Frances but not paying them full wages for their resting time, a federal official said Monday.
"It certainly doesn't sound as if they were doing it correctly for all employees," said James Breidenstein, district director of the wage and hour division at the U.S. Department of Labor office in Jacksonville. His district includes Orange County.
