Thai mobile-phone firm targets 10 million subscribers as market shifts.

Sep. 20--It's a question that any Thai stock investor must ask -- how much upside remains for local mobile phone companies?
Torrid growth over the past two years has since slowed over the past several months, an expected trend considering that market subscribers for the industry have quadrupled over the past four years to near 40 percent penetration at the end of June. Advanced Info Service continues to dominate the market at 14.5 million subscribers, or nearly double the share of perennial runner-up Total Access Communication.
