Northern Indiana Public Service Co. files Winter Warmth assistance program.

Sep. 23--MERRILLVILLE, Ind. -- It's those in the most dire circumstances that will benefit from the latest Winter Warmth energy assistance program proposed by the Northern Indiana Public Service Co.
The program would provide additional assistance to low-income customers eligible for the state's Energy Assistance Program with payment of utility bills and security deposits needed to re-establish natural gas service or avoid a pending service disconnection.
