College campuses in New Jersey undergoing growth spurt.

Sep. 23--Montclair State University is using white stucco and red-tile roofs to evoke the charm of its original campus in an expansion that will accommodate 20,000 students.

It's mission-style on steroids.

Everywhere on campus -- from a seven-story parking deck to the skeleton of a 270,000-square-foot academic building rising nearby -- the construction juts above the tree line, and the 230-acre campus is just about out of space.
