New tenant fills void in downtown Duluth, Minn., structure.

Sep. 24--When the Great Lakes Fleet and Duluth Missabe & Iron Range Railway consolidated their respective offices last summer, they left two floors of the Missabe Building empty in downtown Duluth, Minn.
But Interim Healthcare is helping to fill the void. The company recently agreed to take over the 8,700-square-foot fourth floor, which formerly housed the fleet's offices. The fifth floor remains vacant.
Canadian National Railway relocated both the railroad and the fleet's offices after acquiring the companies.
