University of Missouri grads find jobs abundant for health professionals.

Sep. 28--Meaghan Herrell came to college looking for a health-care career where she could help people in a fast-paced, intense environment. She'll leave the University of Missouri-Columbia in three years with a degree in ultrasound technology and hundreds of job opportunities, most featuring high starting salaries and hefty sign-on bonuses.

Public service might have drawn her to the field, but the money and wide-open job market are the icing on Herrell's career cake.
