Sep. 30--FIRM LOOKS TO BUILD DUNKIN' DONUTS STORE: COLONIE, N.Y. -- A Massachusetts company is seeking municipal approval to build a Dunkin' Donuts store on Wolf Road.
Documents on file with the Colonie Planning and Economic Development Department detail a 6,000-square-foot building at 186 Wolf Road, just north of the Olive Garden restaurant. A Dunkin' Donuts with a drive-through window would split the building with another tenant, said senior planner Mike Lyons.
The applicant, Cafua Management of Lawrence, Mass., did not return a call seeking comment. The one-acre parcel was owned by Ralph Douty, who lives there and operates a farm stand on the property.
