Sep. 29--Carnivals, livestock shows, rodeo competitions and pageants. These are a few of the many elements that comprise a state fair.
For Sharon Noe, these elements are part of her daily life -- and then some.
For the past 38 years, Noe and her husband, Jerry, have attended every single Southern New Mexico State Fair since the event moved out to the state fairgrounds on Interstate 10.
But for Sharon, the last couple of years have been 365 days full of non-stop "fair talk" and today it's kicking into high gear with the start of the five-day event.
