Retailer Hat World gives nod to relocation of Indianapolis headquarters.

Sep. 30--Head-wear retailer Hat World Corp. has settled on a new site for its headquarters and logistics facility, just a half-mile south of its current location in Park 100 on the Northwestside.
The company announced Wednesday that it has signed a 10-year lease with Duke Realty for a building at 7555 Woodland Drive. The 195,080-square-foot, free-standing building has double the space of Hat World's current facility at 8142 Woodland Drive.
Hat World will spend about $5 million on the lease, but it received $1.1 million in state and local incentives to remain in Indianapolis.
