CAT Telecom to push for revision of mobile phone service provider deal.

Oct. 1--CAT Telecom says it is negotiating with Hutchison to review the contract for mobile phone service provider Hutch before going ahead with the planned nationwide expansion of its CDMA network.
Withit Sajjapong, president of CAT Telecom, said now was a good time to review the contract with Hutch, before CAT expands the CDMA network to cover the whole country.
Hong Kong-based Hutchison is a partner with CAT Telecom in Hutchison-CAT Wireless Multi Media, which offers CDMA-based service to about 600,000 users in 25 central provinces, including Bangkok.
