Oct. 6--FORMER TRIZEC EXEC WOLD JOINS: New York firm Tishman SpeyerReal estate executive Casey Wold is joining New York-based Tishman Speyer Properties, about two weeks after resigning as chief investment officer and director of Trizec Properties Inc.
Tishman Speyer said Tuesday that Wold, 46, will be an executive managing director in charge of operations in Chicago, Boston and Washington. The privately held firm, which has long had strong relationships with large financial institutions, is seeking to broaden its sources of investment capital.
