British Airways raises flight surcharges again.

Oct. 9--British Airways is raising its fuel surcharge for the second time in as many months.
The excess on a round trip to the US or Asia is going up to UKpound 20 from UKpound 12. Customers travelling on domestic and European routes will pay UKpound 8 per return flight, up from UKpound 5.
BA has also come under fire for poor service.
The airline recorded its lowest customer satisfaction score in two years in a recent survey.
Virgin followed suit by raising its surcharge to UKpound 10 on all flights from UKpound 6.
