Motorcycle leasing firm's shares in disappointing first day of Thai trading.

Oct. 14--Group Lease Plc (GL) shares disappointed investors yesterday by closing at 11.50 baht, lower than the initial public offering price of 12 baht in their first day of trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Shares in the motorcycle leasing company, which made their debut on the SET at 12.90 baht, peaked at 13.50 baht before declining. Total turnover was 455.96 million baht.
Of the company's 45-million-share float, 35 million were existing common shares and 10 million were IPO shares.
The total value of the float was 225 million baht, with a par value at five baht per share. Siam City Securities was the financial adviser for the IPO....
