Oct. 18--WALKER IN THE CLEAR: The Serious Fraud Office has concluded its probe into former Iceland boss Malcolm Walker and no charges are to be brought. Walker sold 13.5 million pounds of Iceland shares in 2001 shortly before a string of profit warnings and a collapse in the share price. He said: "I always knew I would be vindicated."
